1. Free License & Service Grant

MistPDF grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use all 39+ in-browser PDF utilities for personal, commercial, academic, and governmental document operations without mandatory registration or fees.

2. 100% User Document Ownership

You retain sole and exclusive intellectual property ownership of all documents, images, and signatures processed with MistPDF. Because our WebAssembly architecture runs completely in your local browser sandbox, MistPDF never acquires possession, custody, or rights over your files.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MistPDF to violate applicable laws, forge legal documents with fraudulent intent, or reverse engineer proprietary binary distributions for malicious redistribution.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

MistPDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for absolute cryptographic reliability, you assume responsibility for verifying output files before critical legal filings or thermal label dispatches.
